5. Orders and Payments

Orders may be placed through our website in accordance with the checkout process provided. Upon successful submission of an order, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute our acceptance of the order or a guarantee of fulfillment. Signature Welcome Co reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any order at its discretion.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and such other payment methods as may be displayed on our website at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment processors, and Signature Welcome Co does not store full payment card information on its servers.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax will be added to orders as required by law based on the shipping destination and our nexus obligations. Sales tax amounts will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Payment in full is required before order processing begins. We will not process, assemble, or install any order until payment has been successfully received and verified.

Signature Welcome Co reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors or inaccuracies, suspected fraudulent activity, items that become unavailable or out of stock after an order is placed, or failure to satisfy eligibility requirements. In the event of a cancellation following a completed payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Signature Welcome Co currently performs installations in the state of Minnesota. Available installation destinations may change from time to time, and certain products or services may be subject to geographic restrictions.

Actual installation dates may vary due to weather conditions, high-volume shipping periods, or other factors outside of our control. Signature Welcome Co is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Signature Welcome Co passes to the customer upon installation of the items.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current shipping information at the time of order placement. Signature Welcome Co is not liable for misdelivered installations resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or other errors in the information provided by the customer.

In the event that an installation is performed at the incorrect address, we encourage customers to contact us so that we may assist in reasonably retrieving the original order. However, Signature Welcome Co makes no guarantee of resolution or reimbursement in such circumstances.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Signature Welcome Co wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. As each package is custom-made, items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. In such cases, please contact us promptly upon receipt.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

To initiate a return, customers must contact Signature Welcome Co at the contact information below. Please include your order number and reason for return in your correspondence.

8. Natural and Perishable Products; Limitation of Liability

Signature Welcome Co takes pride in offering curated welcome display arrangements that include natural, organic, and perishable items such as pumpkins, gourds, dried botanicals, fresh florals, and other seasonal or nature-based materials (collectively, "Natural Products"). By their very nature, Natural Products are living or once-living materials subject to biological processes including, but not limited to, natural aging, decay, discoloration, shrinkage, mold, and deterioration over time.

Transfer of Ownership and Risk. Upon delivery of any order containing Natural Products to the customer or the customer's designated recipient, ownership and all associated risk of loss, damage, or deterioration transfer immediately to the customer. Signature Welcome Co shall have no liability whatsoever for any changes in condition, appearance, structural integrity, or aesthetic quality of Natural Products that occur after the point of delivery.

Pest Damage. Natural Products, including pumpkins and gourds, may be susceptible to damage caused by wildlife, insects, squirrels, rodents, deer, and other pests. Once ownership has transferred to the customer, Signature Welcome Co bears no responsibility for any damage caused by pests or animals of any kind. Customers are encouraged to take appropriate precautionary measures to protect their Natural Products from pest interference.

Pest Deterrent — Hot Pepper Spray. To assist customers in protecting Natural Products from common pests, Signature Welcome Co sprays all installations with a hot pepper spray deterrent and includes a complimentary bottle of hot pepper spray with all orders containing Natural Products. This deterrent spray is a natural, capsaicin-based solution intended for exterior application directly onto Natural Products such as pumpkins and gourds. For optimal effectiveness, customers should apply the hot pepper spray as follows:

  • Reapply once per week throughout the display period.

  • Reapply immediately after any rainfall, as precipitation will wash away the deterrent and reduce its effectiveness.

Signature Welcome Co makes no guarantee that the use of hot pepper spray will completely prevent pest damage. Results may vary depending on local wildlife populations, weather conditions, and frequency of application.

9. Hot Pepper Spray: Safety Warnings and Limitation of Liability

The hot pepper spray provided by Signature Welcome Co contains capsaicin and related compounds derived from hot peppers. Capsaicin is a potent natural irritant. Customers must read and follow all safety instructions printed on the product label before use. By using the hot pepper spray, the customer assumes full responsibility for its safe handling and application.

Known Hazards. Customers should be aware of the following risks associated with hot pepper spray:

  • Eye and Skin Irritation: Direct or indirect contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or broken skin may cause severe burning, irritation, redness, tearing, or temporary vision impairment. Avoid touching your face, eyes, or mouth during or after application.

  • Respiratory Irritation: Inhalation of spray mist may cause coughing, sneezing, throat irritation, or shortness of breath. Apply only in well-ventilated outdoor areas and avoid breathing the spray mist directly.

  • Sensitivity Reactions: Individuals with known allergies or sensitivities to capsaicin, chili peppers, or related compounds should avoid handling this product. Consult a medical professional before use if you have pre-existing respiratory conditions such as asthma.

  • Children and Pets: Keep the hot pepper spray out of reach of children and pets at all times. Do not allow children to handle or apply the product. Animals that come into contact with treated surfaces may experience irritation; take appropriate precautions to keep household pets away from treated Natural Products.

  • Surface Contact: Avoid applying the spray to edible plants, food surfaces, or any area where unintended contact with people or animals is likely.

First Aid. In the event of accidental eye or skin contact, flush the affected area thoroughly with clean water for a minimum of 15 minutes. If irritation persists, or if the product is ingested, contact a poison control center or seek immediate medical attention.

Limitation of Liability. Signature Welcome Co provides the hot pepper spray as a complimentary customer resource and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its effectiveness, safety for all individuals, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signature Welcome Co shall not be liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, property damage, or other harm arising out of or related to the customer's use, misuse, or improper handling of the hot pepper spray. The customer assumes all risk associated with the use of this product. Signature Welcome Co strongly encourages all customers to use appropriate personal protective equipment — including gloves and eye protection — when applying the spray.

10. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on or through the Signature Welcome Co website — including but not limited to the company name, logos, trademarks, trade dress, photographs, product images, text, graphics, user interface elements, design elements, product descriptions, and proprietary product designs — is the exclusive property of Signature Welcome Co or its content licensors, as applicable.

All such content is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Unauthorized use of any content from this website may violate these laws and is strictly prohibited.

No portion of the website or its content may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, distributed, transmitted, modified, adapted, or used to create derivative works in any form or by any means without the prior express written permission of Signature Welcome Co.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You and Signature Welcome Co each expressly waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative or consolidated proceeding. All disputes must be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction without waiving the right to arbitrate, specifically in connection with matters involving the protection of intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
